Elizabeth and her partner in life and business Cole have become experts in the application of the BRRRR method (Buy, Renovate, Rent, ReFinance, Repeat) and identifying properties with the potential for adding additional square footage, By converting single-family homes to multi-unit rentals (2,3 and 4 units) they can significantly add to the property value and cash-flow.
With her passion for entrepreneurialism and a desire to encourage other women to realize the power of real estate investing, Elizabeth has recently started a VLOG called Queens of Expansion. Through Queens, Elizabeth leverages her relationships in the real estate industry, interviewing other successful women investors/developers, to offer insight and encouragement to would-be investors
