Gene and Emmanuel (Manny) Guarino are father and son real estate investors based in Arizona who focus on the growing residential assisted living investment space. Although he recalls many horror stories (including finding a cat in a freezer!) and refers to property management as a ‘thankless and tough job’ he has positioned his own company Eco Property Management as a stand out provider in the space.
